Submit a photo

This form is an easy way for you to submit your photos to the Muskogee Phoenix. By submitting your photos, you agree to our terms of service. Follow the instructions and submitting your photo should be a snap.

Step 1: Find the file on your hard drive

When you press the button below, your computer will open a window that will allow you to navigate to the location where your picture resides on your computer. If you don't know where the picture is on your computer, you should find that out before you proceed.

Once you've found the file on your computer, select it and the field above should be filled with text that relates to where the file is on your computer. IMPORTANT! Do not modify the field above at all once it is filled by your computer.

Step 2: Upload the photo

Click the button below that says "Upload photo" and the Phoenix's web server will begin uploading your photo. IMPORTANT: BE PATIENT! Uploading photos can take some time. Do not hit the "Upload photo"button more than once. When your photo is done uploading, your browser will display it. If there is an error uploading your photo, your browser will explain the error.

Image Upload Terms of Service

  You may only contribute photos that you have taken yourself or that you have all rights to transmit and license and which do not violate trademark, copyright, privacy or any other rights of any other person.
  You warrant that you have permission from all persons appearing in your photos for you to make this contribution and grant rights described herein.
  You may not contribute photos that contain expressions of hate, abuse, offensive images or conduct, obscenity or pornography or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law or regulations.
  You may not upload any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or this website.
  By uploading a photo, (a) you grant to Muskogee Phoenix and/or muskogeephoenix.com, a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photo and any material included in such photo; and (b) you certify that any person pictured in the submitted photograph (or, if a minor, his/her parent/guardian) authorizes the Muskogee Phoenix and/or muskogeephoenix.com to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photo and any material included in such photo; and (c) you agree to indemnify the Muskogee Phoenix and/or muskogeephoenix.com and its affiliates, directors, officers and employees and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from the photo and/or your failure to comply with these rules.
